The Equity Practice Guide
In addition to posting about social advocacy, I developed and lead the Mission Partners Open Source Equity Practice Guide, a living document that supports justice & equity work. Modeled after Nell Derick Debevoise’s Antiracism Practice Tracker, the guide is split into three sections: Learn, Challenge, and Act, and is further stratified by environment.
